At Invictus Nashville Charter School (“INCS,” “We”), we utilize SMS messaging services to communicate important updates, events, application and enrollment information, reminders, and other matters related to the schooling of our students. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all participants in our messaging services.

 

How to Manage Your Subscription​

You can opt out of our SMS messaging service at any time by texting “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up as you initially did, and we will resume sending messages to you.

 

If you experience any issues with our messaging service, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for further assistance, or you can reach out directly to us at info@invictus-nash.org. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. The frequency of messages may vary, so please consult your wireless provider with any questions about your text or data plan.
